Just before the Summer Solstice

I keep the faith with my oath:

ALL those who ever acted towards me, my parents and my home as intruders, bullies, thieves, torturers and murderers WILL GET WHAT THEY DESERVE.

YOU WILL PAY, ONE WAY OR THE OTHER!!!

Star Wars is not The Lion King

Of course he is going to let him fall !!!

The logical end for Kylo Ren is to be begging Vader to appear and to have his prayers answered by getting a real lesson from him: a sudden move and a deadly strike.
This should come at the end of episode 8, after Kylo nearly kills Luke and Anakin's ghost steps in as he did before with Rey in episode 7 (that final duel only could have happened  that way because the ghost was fighting through Rey).
But Anakin carries his dark side with him, therefore, Vader appears again. Yet, this time, Anakin doesn't give his grandson another chance. Kylo almost destroyed his mother too, after she was able to ground him (I mentioned this before and I will go back to it, as this episode should be Leia's episode, called SECRET LEGACIES).
So, Vader gives Kylo what he deserves.

And, of course, Rey is Luke's daughter and Anakin's grandchild, to whom he used to appear when she was a lonely little girl, and whom she calls  her Angel, because he never told her who he was. She looks just like his mother, therefore,  their relationship is a very close one.

That's it, folks. For now...

Shine your light, George!

There was a boy who wanted to film the stars and used to go to his backyard at night and point his flashlight at the sky. He soon discovered that darkness is needed to see the stars. So, he turned off the flashlight and he soon discovered he couldn't walk in the dark, or he would fall. It was then he realized a balance between light and darkness was needed to achieve his goal. He chose to light a candle instead of blaming the darkness: he turned the flashlight into a saber, a special way of handling the light with which he could see both the stars and the way he was going. And that was how Star Wars was created, or so I've heard...
The creator's name is George Lucas, a fact many tend to forget, when they make a mess where there should be none. But I know his flashlight, like any light saber, is his alone and is always ready to be wielded by  his master. I'm counting on it.

Happy birthday, Mr. Lucas!
May  S. Frei Gil  be with you, as the Force already is.

GET ON WITH IT!!!

Star Wars Day

What everybody wants to know today is what Darth Vader did, what was going on in his mind and actions during the 18 years he spent inside that suit and mask, between episodes 3 and 4.
Apart from ruling the galaxy with his very specific methods, his greatest concern had to be to get back to his perfect (oh, yes!) body. That could only be done through a clone to whom he would transfer his life force. But his genes were too strong to have the clone ready as an adult. So, after many attempts and failures, he finally got it as a baby about the time his children surfaced. There are many stories that can go from here, so that in episode 8 we can have his clone a full adult, who was an orphan when he was about 5 years old, with no idea of his identity, and so on...
The truth is that as a clone, as a ghost and as Vader with no mask, Hayden Christensen needs to be back in STAR WARS. I hinted at this before and I clearly state it now. He can and he should do it, because the Chosen One is UNIQUE and his work was not complete and needs must...
This image from the trailer of Rogue One is a hint of hope that the saga might be back on the right track. That would be something to celebrate today. Let's assume I'm optimistic, so, Cheers!!!

8 MAY
For those who still think someone else should have been Anakin/Vader, I say NO.
There's no one who could have done better than Hayden, as far as acting goes, and certainly no one has got his perfect angelic face, a trait absolutely necessary for the fallen angel Son of the Force.
I'm very thankful to Leonardo Di Caprio for refusing, when he was invited to play that part. Leo is a very good actor and handsome man, but his face has got a Scorpio-like look that doesn't fit that  character. Many times I agree with George Lucas, but this would have been a big mistake. For once the number 2 choice was the good one.
I'm tired of seeing them both being unfairly criticized for this. And I'm even more tired of watching Hayden being filmed the wrong way. He needs to be filmed the right way again, that is, going back to the role he was born to do.
In fact, STAR WARS needs him much more than he needs it.
Believe me. I'm totally SERIOUS about this and my patience is running out.
So, get on with it!!!
